Utility Box Program Guidelines

The City of Redondo Beach and its Public Art Commission are pleased to be able to offer our residents and visitors opportunities to experience original works of art on many of our sidewalks. The goals of the Utility Box Public Art Program are to use public art to contribute to the vitality and attractiveness of the City’s streetscapes and to bring art to unexpected places.
